At Cuties Society, we strive to ensure your orders are shipped with the fastest and most reliable delivery options. All of our products are shipped and delivered by trusted carriers within the United States, such as UPS, DHL, and USPS.
Order Processing Policy

All orders are subject to acceptance by the Cuties Society team. This means that we reserve the right to reject any order received. In the event of order rejection, you will be notified, and a full refund will be issued.
Shipping Details
Cuties Society offers worldwide shipping, so no matter where you are, we’ve got you covered! Since many of our items are fulfilled from overseas warehouses, international customers can enjoy our products at more affordable prices. The estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Deliveries to the United States: 5-15 business days
- International Deliveries: 7-20+ business days
For our U.S. customers, the following items are shipped from our U.S. warehouse and will arrive within 3-7 business days:

Order Changes
You can reach our support team at support@cutiessociety.com to request changes to your delivery details within 24 hours of placing your order.
Once the order has been shipped or is in transit, we are unable to make changes to delivery details.
Missing Items
If your order is large and gets divided into multiple shipments, you might receive your items in batches. If you've received part of your order and noticed some items are missing, please reach out to our support team and we will provide you with the tracking number for the remaining items on their way to you.
