Cuties Society Refund Policy

By placing an order through the Cuties Society website, you are agreeing to the terms outlined below. We have established these policies to ensure that you are fully informed about our refund and return procedures.

ORDER CANCELLATION

If you'd like to cancel your order, please do so within 24 hours of placing your order. If your order has not been dispatched yet, you are eligible for cancellation and a full refund. If your order has already been shipped and you have received a tracking number, unfortunately, we cannot cancel your order.

7-DAY REFUND POLICY

We offer a 7-day refund policy, which means you can request a refund within 7 days of receiving your item. Due to our overseas warehouse, we only provide refunds or resend products for damaged or incorrect items.

Refund requests made after the 7-day period will unfortunately be declined. We hope you understand. If 7 days have passed since you received your order, we cannot offer an exchange or refund unless the item was incorrectly sent.

Please note, we do not provide refunds if the reason is that your pet does not like our products. Every pet has their own personality, and it is beyond our control if your pet doesn't take to our products. We hope for your understanding!

DAMAGED, WRONG PRODUCTS, OR ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at support@cutiessociety.com so we can evaluate the situation and resolve the issue promptly.

RESENDING PRODUCTS

We only resend products that are defective, damaged, incorrect, or in the wrong size. If you need us to resend an item, please contact us at support@cutiessociety.com.

RESTOCKING FEE

We do not charge any restocking fee for resending or refunding items.
